FAMD is being improved and the newest version is available here. If for one or the other reason, you would like to use an older versions of FAMD, they are available below.

Download FAMD 1.02b. By downlading FAMD you agree to the legal disclaimer (below). FAMD 1.02b fixes a minor bug of 1.02 that only occurs with large data sets loaded. If you wish to use version 1.02, it is here. You can also have the Delphi source-code for FAMD, but since it is poorly documented and I keep making changes, I do not have it on the web - but just send me an e-mail if you want to play with it.

implements the Dice and SMC (simple matching) coefficients in addition to Jaccard's coefficient (if there are any others you need, please let me know).
supports the output of distance matrices.
the help file describes how to use distance matrix output for NJ tree generation in another program (e.g., PAUP*).
Version 1.03dev03c (also in the zip file) further has enhanced data file input/output options and lets you export your data matrix to nexus format. It also features (still experimental) support for the selection of groups in your data.
Version 1.03dev03L (also in the zip file) further has export filters for Arlequin project, hindex, Hickory (Nexus Alleles block), GenePop, NTSYSpc, Structure file formats.

[19/03/2013] FAMD 1.30 is available here. Includes bug fixes and small improvements. New features include ML hybrid index calculation, and new export filters.

[19/03/2013] FAMD 1.31 is available here. Includes bug fixes and new features, including ML population reallocation.
